I am becoming the chef of the house. I am going to Wal-Mart and snag some of herbs. I am even considering getting an organic chicken and put some ingredents and etc.
-a couple of shrimp.
-5 Tbsp red cooking wine (Holland House)
-3 Tbsplemon juice (real lemon juice)
-1 tsp garlic salt (yes, garlic salt does exist!)
-1 tsp onion salt (yes, this recipe does have so much salt!)
Lightly frying the shrimp and lightly sprinkling garlic salt and onion salt. Frying it for 1-2 mins on each side and do it over so the garlic salt and the onion salt would seep in the shrimps. Pour the red cooking wine on the shrimps and frying it on each side for one minute (or more; depend on the kind of shrimps you are using) then drain the pan and yes, leave the shrimps but draining the wine. Again, frying it for few secs then pour the lemon juice all over the shrimps and frying it for 1-1 1/2 minute or till it becomes white with slashes of orange then drain the lemon juice.
It was so delicious two days ago!
Hmmm, I am trying to get a good recipe for an organic chicken with ingredents. I want a semi-complicated recipe or at least create a recipe of my own. ;-D
